About

Be Encouraged, Challenged, and Empowered to Change

Ivan is a clinical mental health counselor dedicated to the welfare of combat veterans, military couples, first responders, trauma survivors, and individuals in recovery from psychoactive chemicals. Specializing in the treatment of complex trauma, moral injury, and substance use disorders (SUD), he combines evidence-based interventions with deep empathy for the struggles you are facing—offering an approach that is both effective and compassionate. Ivan partners with Headway to manage major insurance and billing tasks (for more details, go to headway.co/providers/ivan-vega-pacheco). In addition, he collaborates with Telemynd to support TRICARE-East (Humana Military), Optum Serve (referred by the Dept. of Veterans Affairs), and other healthcare insurance recipients. ____________________________________________________________________________ Hours of Operation: Mon: 2pm - 7pm (CT) | 3pm - 8pm (ET) Tue: 11am - 7pm (CT) | 12pm - 8pm (ET) Wed: 8am - 1pm (CT) | 9am - 2pm (ET) Thu: 11am - 7pm (CT) | 12pm - 8pm (ET) Fri: 8am - 1pm (CT) | 9am - 2pm (ET) Sat: 10am- 1pm (CT) | 11am - 2pm (ET) Clinician Location: Panama City Beach, FL (Remote Office) Business Mail: 7901 4th St N #8424, St. Petersburg, FL, 33702-4305 Fax (HIPAA-Compliant): (717) 259-3805 ____________________________________________________________________________ Credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#MH25101) - Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling | Licensed Professional Counselor (#PC015320) – Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors | National Certified Counselor (#1440630) – National Board for Certified Counselors | Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (#16747) – Pennsylvania Certification Board | Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-Level II (#643171) – Evergreen Certifications | National Provider Identifier (#1932805090) – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
